Announcing: Anthology of Forests Launch

Join me this month as I officially launch ilylali’s newest publication, Anthology of Forests! Everyone lost something in the pandemic, everyone is rearranging their lives, refiguring how time is spent. Personally, the isolation, the delicacy around others, the death all over, the greed, the government, the broken, anti-black capitalist mess unfolding without recourse. It’s exhausting. I wanted to launch this Anthology a full year ago but I couldn’t imagine it before now. Online? Virtually? It didn’t feel right. But, it’s what we have. Frankly, I miss you, and the recognition is overdue.

Yes, and so, the book, like a seed, waits to be given to the earth, to your hands, to your minds. I call the artists to welcome it with me, by posting, or just being witness.
